Looking to get one of these boards soon. I've always liked the Nemesis but I have never ridden one long enough to form a opinion. And I've never ridden a switchblade. Just looking for opinions on ether boards

I felt the Nemesis was perfect! But slightly too short for me I always would end up putting my foot outside the drop in back cause I am a bit to tall other than that I would get the Nemesis Its also gonna be way lighter. Landys are always heavy that Canadian maple just doesn't cut it

i just got a nemesis im like 5'3" at the most and i can use the pockets just fine. I dont have to bend my knees a bunch or anything. i think nemmy is better choice, more waterproof, lighter, better concave.

if you beat your equipment up, Landyachtz for the win. nothing beats a solid wooden board for thrashin, all fiberglass does is delaminate.

landy boards aren't even that heavy.

Idc about the weight or the durability but all the rayne boards I have seen have been thrashed way harder then any landy board and they always come out looking better . But back to the main topic, I was more looking for peoples thoughts on the pockets and concave of these boards and how they compare to eachother

I've had the nemesis for a year... I've crashed and dropped it and not onc single delem. Idk how people delem rayne boards so easily. But I'm 5.10 almost 5.11 and it doesn't seem to big for me. I guess it's just all opinion. But I love the pocket for toesides. It feels really nice.

Its hit or miss u either get a quality board from rayne or a shitty delaming board that cracks in a day,
I'm 63 and the switchblade felt perfect standing on just the right width
As for the. Nemi, also long enough even with my wide stanceits just fine

go stand on both. i love my nemisis for freeride and i dont think i will freeride any other board after riding that for almost a year. switchblade is nice but just feels funky to me. once u ride both of them or at least stand on one of them you will know

I like the nemesis better (I ride one), I feel like it has better drops and pockets and is just more gnar. My friend is over 6' and he has one and it fits him fine, I think the space is just preference.

i stood on a switchblade and the pockets didnt really make a good space for my feet. i had to angle them weird to actually be in the pockets. nemmy on the other hand fits perfect

Nemmy concave is never where it needs to be in my opinion...

all the proof you need is a photo or a gopro looking down to see that. On the other hand it has good construction and will outlast the landy 2:1
Also the board is lighter and more responsive for DH.

The landys (although Ive never ridden a switchblade yet) in general seem to have better pronounced pockets... you need to be doing standers at like <30 to understand how they work though.

Also the nemesis is a boat and a pain in the ass for anyone with feet under size 10 because you need to do a lot of shuffling which doesn't flow when you're setting up going fast and dont have time to look at your feet... Landy works for smaller sizes

no i went with a almost brand new neme for 60 bucks and its perfect and 240 dollars cheaper then a omen.
