Spencer Smith has been tearing it up this year, taking 1st in Juniors at Gold Rush, 3rd in Juniors at Almatrieb, and 1st in Juniors at Graveyard Call! He even made the cover of a Canadian magazine that was out while we were up at Gold Rush! Atta babe Spencer, keep on killin' it!

NW Slopestyle #2 was yet another blast! 40+ skaters showed off their skills on the steep and smooth water tower hill. Congratulations to James West for taking 1st with his huge repertoire of steezy slides and early grab variations! One footed slides in every direction, switch and regular, 180 early grabs off the ramp... Killin' it. Kyle Martin and Mike Benda took 2nd and 3rd with their huge, high speed toeside standups and numerous other mind-boggling slides. Thank you David Mitchell for setting this all up and getting tons of goodies (5+ sets of wheels, 2 or 3 boards, shirts, stickers, bearings...) to give away! And thank you to all that came out to shred!

The 2010 Maryhill Freeride was absolutely AMAZING! Everyone involved had fun, despite a few people receiving concussions and one person having to leave the event with a broken collar bone. Even with Sunday's strange weather, it stayed dry for most of the day and tons of runs were had by all!This is the one event you do NOT want to miss in the future!
