It's that time of year again! Bring your board and your balls and mob down Portland's infamous Zoobomb run alongside bikers and buttboarders.
NW Slopestyle Series #1!The skate gods blessed us with a day of sun and clear skies in late January (unheard of!) for the first of the NW Slopestyle series! People came from as far as Vancouver, Canada to show off their steez, and the skill level was incredible. Congratulations to Graeme Badner of Vancouver for taking the cake and showing us all just how gnarly Canadians can get. Can't forget about Salem's own Jed Johnson for taking second, and Mike Benda (Vancouver) in third. If you've got pictures of the event, post them up as soon as you can! Photo by Nick Harris.

NW Slopestyle Series #1!Check out the flier and this thread for more details, rides, etc. The last freestyle event in Salem was rad, this one promises to be even better (unless you hate rain, in which case you live in the wrong place). Hope for no rain but prepare for the worst! Thank you Eric Hovey for making the flyer! |
